    Oh sorry. All other visas should be issuable if the dates are current or the visa number already taken for you. Check the link I have posted. The fiscal year is irrelevant, as far as I see.

    Under the circumstances, a copy should be acceptable. Make sure the employer's representatives are available by phone in case CBP wants to call.

    You cannot use an I94 from a B1 Visa. Contact CBP to see if they can issue an I94 without having to physically cross the border. I am pretty sure they can. Please post your experience here for others. Good luck!

    We are proceeding forward with all applications including new L1, H1B transfers/amendments and green cards. If nothing else, you will have an approval to be used whenever the situation gets better. It will save you weeks or months of time. I see no reason to stop the process.
