Fresh L1A application in Corona virus times

Wanted to understand what will be the impact of corona virus threat on fresh application of L1A application. Currently, amidst corona virus threat, is it a good time for a fresh L1A application. If not, then when should one go for filing it. Please guide.

We are proceeding forward with all applications including new L1, H1B transfers/amendments and green cards. If nothing else, you will have an approval to be used whenever the situation gets better. It will save you weeks or months of time. I see no reason to stop the process.
