I file 485 in March 06...Filed 3rd EAD in Jan 08. I paid the fee. I was under the impression that NO FILING FEE for EAD if 485 filed AFTER July 07.

I send in my AP/EAD (3rd each) on 17th Jan 08. AP..approved on 1st Feb. EAD approved on 15th Feb. Hope that helps.
