They jsut approved my wifes case and there is an LUD on my case tooo.

Does this happen to any on that secondary approved but the primary is waiting.

According to their internal rules dependents cannot be approved until the primary has been approved, so your card was approved as well the system just doesn't show it yet. Congratulations!
 
Btw, what is the RFE for the Skin Test about? Did you get the X-ray? Were you vaccinated or why did you not have a skin test done?

It is rare the secondary gets approved while primary is pending. It is an error on their part. May be they forgot to update proper status for you ( i guess it must be approved ) .

RFE TB Skin Test is because of my mistake that I insisted the Doctor to directly take the CHEST X-RAY.

But I think this was okay till 2006. In late 2006, they made it mondatory that every one go-through the SKIN TEST and then CHEST X-RAY....

Any hoping for mine is also approved........... But u never know what these highschool dropouts might have done.......................
 
I read couple of times about such cases when dependent was approved before primary. In one case they USCIS realized their error in several months and revoked dependent's approval, finally they all got approval in year (that was namecheck). In other case primary was approved in a couple of months.
 
Congrats. you will also see change in online status soon. Dependent cannot be approved unless primary is approved. Its just a matter of time.

All of you are correct that my application has been approved. I got approval notice sent e-mail this morning.
