Will my case be picked up

My PD is July 01 EB-3 India.
I filed I-485 in June 07.

Current processing time for I-485 is April 07.


Will they process my case this month? As you can see I am current but my application date is not within the processing date.

Thanks for the replies, however I was more interested to know if they said anything wrt to processing times in their recent FAQ. I mean I was trying to find out if they had specifically said they will address only those cases which fall into the processing time frame and the PD.

Maybe they did not say anything and that is why like voldermv has said, it can be pure luck.

Earlier it was pd, now we have to battle with PD as well as Processing time frame.

They can now control which case they will process.
 
From my understanding Service Center will make a decision on the case base on both " Labor Priority Date" and "I-485 Application Date".
In your case your good on Priority date but just little behind the Application date.
Check for next update on Processing dates of service Center hopefully it would have moved to your application date
If service center indicates they are process April 2007 , which means they might be looking application dated April, may and possible June also...
Just keep you fingers crossed..

I think to become eligible to pick up one's case, it needs to meet 3 conditions as per FAQ.
1. More than 6 months in name check. - You are ok
2. PD should be current. - You are ok
3. It should be out side of processing times- You are NOT ok...

You may have to wait for some more time. If luck favours you, you may get soon (without caring processing times)

Everybody wants to be picked up !!! Hopefully they will do that soon !!! Until 30th of April will see some more , hopefully ...A LOT !!!:(
 
I was outside processing times when I got approved yesterday, but I was within processing times last month. Not sure if that helps, but I guess my file was touched last month when I was current on all fronts and just approved yesterday despite the processing times having moved back.

I've called USCIS today , and they told me that everything it is done in my case !!! They don't know why it is still holding , but they started a new SR and hopefully i'll hear from them soon !!! My case qualify for the new memo , even if everything it is done in the case !!! Why they still holding on it ??? I don't have no ideea , God knows and i hope that i'll hear from them soon !!! As i wish to all the people in this forum , specially the oldtimers like me !!!:)
Also i've been told that a lot of people will hear news by the end of April !!!
I just hope so !!!
