Traveling Outside the US As Asylee applicant ,Asylee,LPR through Asylum

No, they won't. The only potential issues you would face are at your naturalisation interview. They MIGHT ask you why you used your passport. They might not. If you have a good reason, you'll likely be ok.

GC holder's child born outside US

I have a question. Is this process entirely free? If so, good for you. Others getting LPR status need to pay for the card at least, so it's weird, though. Like, AOS within the US is like 1500, while consular processing as an immediate relative is slightly cheaper. The costs are just all over the...

    US Citizenship (2 year gap)

Yes of course. I didn't mean to imply he could apply now. I just meant that he wouldn't have to wait the entire 5 years.

Slight Damage on visa paper at down corner end

And the bottom left... Talk to the embassy/consulate. They will likely just re-issue the visa (you will have to pay the fee).

    US Citizenship (2 year gap)

Continuous residence has been broken but you can likely use the 4 year 1 day rule: https://www.malakoutilaw.com/4-year-1-day-rule-for-u-s-naturalization

Slight Damage on visa paper at down corner end

Huh, that is not SLIGHT damage. That visa foil is toast. You need a new foil.

GC holder use NP instead RTD ?

Once you have a GC, ESPECIALLY derivative, there is basically no risk in using your passport. I would generally advice against renewing your passport until you become a citizen, but if it's still valid, go ahead.

GC holder use NP instead RTD ?

What? You claimed asylum from the former USSR and just got it??? I presume that is your birthplace, and you got asylum from a successor state. If so, and your NP is still valid, usually it's fine if you are not afraid to use it.

    Extending GC Validity

Go back and apply for another Reentry Permit, but it could be issued for just one year potentially. Otherwise, try to go every six months, but they could also ask you to see an immigration judge if they decide to (when you next enter the country, or another time). If you want to keep this GC...

Did USCIS give me citizenship too early??

Just be good and don't give them a reason to review this decision.

Traveling outside of the U.S with an open asylum and green card

No, you will be fine. Once you have your green card all good. Just stay out of Russia until you're a citize of this country, and if you really have to go, gather documentation to support your reason for going.

Will they deny entry if OCI had not been updated?

Oh it's an airline issue. So they can see the status of the OCI in their system? Interesting.

What is the criteria to maintaining the GC (in/out within 24hrs) every 6 months?

Every seix months indefinitely? It's very risky. It could work and you could be fine, but you could also be sent to see an immigration judge after a couple of times doing this. BTW you should try to stay AT LEAST for 24 hours but that's still not great. If you need to do this get a re-entry...

Sending wife her Green Card to her home country (South Korea).

If she has the proof of permanent residence in her passport there is no need to send her the card unless she will be transiting countries that waive visa requirements ONLY for the physical card. CBP will absolutely let her in with just the stamp, and airlines know about it too so she will not...

Will they deny entry if OCI had not been updated?

Thanks for the reply. Have you traveled to India WITHOUT having updated your file? My question is if this is actually enforced.

Traveling Outside the US As Asylee applicant ,Asylee,LPR through Asylum

I don't know about Belgium, but the other two don't require a visa when you go on an RTD. Cool, huh? Where will your conference be? So many people fly to one of these countries and travel around Schengen to countries that REQUIRE VISAS for an RTD. Most don't get caught because there is no...

Refugee Travel Document - updates 2019 onwards

Regarding the RP? Absolutely NOTHING. Like I said, it is perfectly acceptable and reasonable to use it instead of the RTD.

Refugee Travel Document - updates 2019 onwards

This is done all the time. I used the RP as soon as I learned that I could, and naturalised without issues (I had other issues, not this). If you check the forum, you will see many others have done this too, because it is definitely allowed.
