you will be asked question based on your application .expect to be asked anything even if it is not directly related to your case. read your own story and try to find weakness . assume the asylum officer will ask questions to deny your application .
for example you will be asked questions like...
i am not a laywer and you have to talk to one .
my opinion is . you have to forget about coming to the US again for two reasons .
1- you did not mentioned how long you stayed in the US without status , you might be banned from reentry for 3-10 years . and that does not mean obtaining a visa...
to receive decision faster , please do the bio-metrics as soon as possible . i got approve in 2 weeks after the interview . a lady at the asylum office told me that you did a good job by doing the bio-metrics the same day i received it . otherwise you could have waited 3 months . so dont waste...

when did you apply for asylum ?

- also i am sure you know about the one year deadline , the application must be sent within one year of entry so you do not have much time .
and i also highly suggest and assistant of an attorney, most visa...
i am from the middle east too , let me answer your questions
- you do not need to provide any papers but having evidence would help of course , the asylum officer knows that its not realistic that the police in your country will issue you a paper saying that they tortured you . you can send...
for the purpose of asylum , your TPS status would be considered as legal status. which means if the asylum office deny your case it wont be refereed automatically to immigration court
