When should I apply for EAD?

It is required to wait 150 days from the time uscis received your application. USCIS will need additional 30 days to process your case.

Hey usa-us, have you been experiencing any problem with our thread, can't seem to find it?
 
But that's weird, was it done acidentally or is it technical problems? .. I mean, we weren't discussing anything inappropriate on the thread to have it deleted. I don't get it.:(

My question is can I get an H1b Visa while my application for asylum seeker is under process. Thanks in advance for your response.

I think if you where in the U.S legally which mean having a valid visa or whatever, then you found someone willing to sponsor you then the answer is a yes. If that happen you can just request you asylum case to be dismissed.
