I think this refers to PCC issued from Countries other than India. The PCC issued by Indian Consulate/Embassies or Regional passport office will still be valid for 6 months only. Extend your comments if any. RK

I just managed to get hold of my attorney to clarify this before he goes out of town!!....it seems only the packet enclosure (or whatever sheet it is) is bar coded and not the individual forms and the forms that I had filled in earlier as "draft version" with my signatures on it is being sent...
