Sadly it took you ~~ 45 days to get the RFE to them. I would add 45 days to your timeline. Sorry for the bummer, that's how it worked for us.

It's probably in the mail. Make sure your name is clearly marked on the mailbox. Sounds stupid, but others have had it returned for reasons as dumb as that.

We've found that the time extension is directly relative to the amout of time you take to respond. That means the day you get the letter, try to GET ER DONE.
