Hi guys came across your portal looking for information about my present and future legal status in the USA. I'm a 22 years old male, dominican, living at the bronx NY. This explanation is hopping you can help with a question.

I am a legal "ALIEN" due a green card or permanent resident card and I pretend to marry my girlfriend anytime soon and I'd like to know the possibilities and circunstances to apply so she can come over to the USA.

thanks for your help before hand, thank you and I hope you have a great day.

you must wait until you become a citizen to put in or fiancee visa. some bring their love ones as tourist and then married them, but you could run into trouble. some here have done that, but married like on the second trip.

This forum is not intended for you to solicit help in your immigration fraud. Do not expect to get any.

What's your name and address?

I'll have DHS visit to answer your questions.

Laughing My arse off- Seriously though not a bad idea. Iwouldn't be surprised if that is Inquisitor posing as another ninny trying to gain assistance in commiting immigration fraud.

Maybe your lack of English comprehension is to blame for the possibility that your inquiry may have been misunderstood.

I hope you meant to say you INTEND to marry your Girlfriend in which case she is your fiance, but you stated PRETEND

If you meant Pretend~On what grounds do you feel that a Fraudulent or "pretend marriage" would grant her or you any Immigration benefits, IF you indeed are "as you say legal" I hope your definition of being "legal" is not the same as the ninny inquisitors definition, if you did enter ILLEGALLY you are NOT LEgal and NOT due any priviliage. or IF you are, as you claim "due a green card" It should be revoked based on your criminal fraudulent intentions,

If you are "legal" you still need to be US Citizen to petition a relative through marriage. I suggest you speak with an attorney and change your pretending to Intentional marriage , Fraudently marraiges will be discovered & any AOS/petitions entered under fraudulent conditions will be denied and Gc of all parties will be revoked, that would mean you would be subject to immediate deportation hearings.

Your reccomendation to have his girlfriend enter on a NON-immigrant Visa with intentions to immigrate violates DHS/USCIS policy & could result in a denial of AOS petition.Although many have done that it is not legal or the best way to go and at minimum will draw scrutiny. it will be his burden to prove the legitimacy of the marriage & prior history of relationship.

first he should clarify that whetherhe INTENDS or Pretends to marry his Fiance/ Girlfriend & once that is established that this is not an attempt at a fraudulent marriage, then upon gaining citizenship he can apply for Fiance petition and then AOS.

if you guys read carefully, he is asking for ways to bring his girlfriend and wonders how to do it. that is all. perhaps he doesn't know that only citizens can bring a fiancee. and if there was a way for residents do ti, he wants to know it. but like i told him, only citizens can do it.

i understand that tourists are "B2." and while not B2 might be tourist, i see some here that are "B2 married to citizen." and there was a recent post that had a person married a person when they came the second time.

you guys are beyond stupid if you ask me. you are nothing but xenophobes. i am not for illegal immigration. i want a fence and a verification system. and i think we should wait until enforcement to get a guest worker program. and i will die for this country. you have more to worry from michael moore than from me. just know attrition will never happen and we will stop it via laws and regulations. stupid xenophobes. i have pity for your families. then again, if they are anything like you, i don't have nay pity for them. not one bit.

sorry guys my writting just got some of us lost in translation. I do pretend to marry my girlfriend and its not for fraudulent purposes. So I came to an understanding in case I am not a citizen I can not start with the process, and in case I decide to do it know as a resident will take almost two years to do so.

Thanks for your help, only to make things clear this is not due ilegal or pretended marriage and I'm a legal resident of the united states :), thanks for the information guys. I'll just wait to become a citizen and then do it.

Wow TheIngnorator- The more you spew & write, the smarter and more intelligent everyone else gets. YOU can't even read let alone write English you stupid ninny! We were carefully reading,
I even gave him the benefit of the doubt and tried to clarify if it was a language mistake,

And he still re-confirmed the fraudulent intentions. Further confusing everyone, ( of course you were born confused and stupid so it had no effect on you)If he didn't confuse everyone by stating he was pretending to marry, maybe people would not think he had bad intentions, then he re-confirmed he had no intentions to marry ...which is fraudulent

. Pretend:To hold out, or represent, falsely; to put forward, or offer, as true or real (something untrue or unreal); to show hypocritically, or for the purpose of deceiving; to simulate; to feign; as, to pretend marriage.

ok first of all everyone needs to just relax....the guy said pretend.....which, if you analyze clearly, shows that he got it mixed up with intend. look at what he says after "pretend" in his first msg...he said "pretend to marry my girlfriend"...if it was fraud why not just say pretend to marry a girl.....also he has clearly said time and time again that "this is NOT a fraud marriage"....
everyone needs to stop acting like they speak perfect english....and understand that some ppl are learning the language. english is by far the most confusing lang to many non-english speakers, as it has many many rules. so the guy just doesn't get the difference between pretend and intend. thanks for the defs addie.
furthermore, who the heck are you guys to be going around talking about calling DHS?? if you don't agree don't answer, or simply state that you can't help b/c you think/thought that the guy was intending to engage in a fake marriage.
this forum is to help, quit the crap, i've been seeing so much of it lately. my 2 cents.
now please don't crucify me or call me an illegal immigrant lover or anything.

Pretend wars never Intend to hurt anyone. So the guy supposedly blew
the question. No harm no foul. You say look the other way, or offer
assistance to boot? Screw you.

Check it out... If your a Citizen, IT'S your DUTY to report Immigation fraud.
I'm New Jersey born and raised for 42 years. If I can manage to get my wife
here legally, anyone can.

If I see someone trying to screw The US at all, I'll do what I can to stop them.
If you are a citizen or aim to be one, suck it up and do your civic duty.

Have a nice day !

dude, i said that because you jump to conclusions way too quickly. you immediately thought this guy is doing something illegal, before even stopping to think that maybe it was a linguistic misinterpretation. you should bring DHS in when it's totally confirmed that the guy is going to engage in a fraudulent marriage. even now i just think the guy got his definitions/words mixed up. but of course if he is up to no good then i wouldn't hesitate to agree with you.

This is by far the funniest thread I have ever read on this forum. I just can't stop laughing while reading this. OP really need to get a lawyer to do all the talk, otherwise imagine what CIS officer will do if he insisited that he pretended to marry his girlfriend during the interview?

Good point, the OP obviously is marry is gf but persists on insisting that he intends to pretend to marry his gf. and does not intend to marry her
