In my case the notice was mailed to me and my lawyer.

I noticed that the difference of days between fingerprinting notice and FP appointmnet is from 4 days for some to one month for the others. What is the minimum time in terms of days do we have between the notice and the appointment?

I have another concern, I read it online that it takes about 90 days for EAD and AP. When does the count down begin? Does it start: 1. From the date of receipt notice ? 2. Or it starts after FP is done? 3. It is worked on simultaneously? Thank you all.

My lawyer received the receipt notice today. why is that even though the application was received on July 2 (just like your case) the receipt notice was for July 29 (your July 30) Is that a problem?

We recently got our Affidavit for birth certificate made and our lawyer advised us to get it notarized by a Magistrate. May be that is a safe bet to save the future RFEs. All the best!

My lawyer advised me against it. He said its OK to travel on USCIS receipt notice but there may be a chance of delay to the process if biometric and EAD notice is sent.
