For 01-272.... guys: in last week, one FP sent and one RFE directly from the 'received' status

we were told the APs were approved Jan 20, 2004. The Rd for APs are roughly around September, 2003. Have not received hard copy yet.

I did not submit other paper works, only the one asked by the form and the money. But the catch was that I only brought my previous EAD to the support center for finger printing, then the guy there sent the finger printing to Missouri center (UCIS does not know why), which has a huge backlog for...

For anybody interested: ND sep 15, 2003, AD Jan 6, 2004 It was an efile -- but still had to go to local office once for finger priinting etc.

The pace is increditably slow. Supposed TSC approve 5 cases a day, it will take 5 years to approve cases filed in a single year, roughly?
