No You should not once you use your AP, you will under status “pending adjustment of status applicant" in other terms you will loose your earlier status(like H1). So after coming back you need to have EAD to work legally. Hope this helps

Yes yes .. u can travle using H1..if you have avalid H1.. its better you use H1.. but make sure to carry copies of I-485 etc

No Title mine got approved on 11/6 and i got the EAD on 12/3. The AVM message also changed to Cards sent on 11/29 etc.. may be you can wait for a week or so...

No Title No I did not submit any paystubs, yes I gave letter from my employer which I thought was usual. We had 6 layoffs since last year, one just last week. Now we are only 70 people out of 450 last year so big corporation or not you can figure. If you have any other Q let me know.
