RFE Hi VSC_GC, my RFE went to the attorney and was handled by them, so I really do not know about the return envelope etc. Check the RFE tracker thread which OutofTime is maintaining (thanks to him!!), you may find people who have personally responded. Goodluck. DecND

RFE reply given Finally my attorney has sent the reply to the RFE on 11/29. Now have to see when the AVM is updated acknowledging the reply receipt. Thanks to OutOfTime for taking the time and maintaining the RFE tracker. DecND.

RFE received by attorney on 10/23 The RFE mailed (supposedly) on 10/17 reached my attorney on 10/23. An Employment letter was requested to be furnished. I think VSC is randomly picking cases and throwing the book (subject of the info required again randomly). Will inform later developments...

Hi , Can anyone find a logic behind the spate of RFE\'s issued for DEC\'00 ND cases. Do you think this is the effect of the Sept\' 11 tragedy. Whatever, its frustrating individually and bewildering for the club of Dec\'00 . What do you guys think?
