Dec RFE case approved!!!

RD 11/16 ND 12/06 RFE issued 10/15/01 RFE response recvd 11/07/01
Approved on 11/09/01 as per AVM.

Amazingly my case was approved just 2 days after INS received my response to the RFE. RFE was issued for employment letter, pay stubs and tax returns.

Did INS ask for all your I-797s?

Hi, eagerly_waiting.

In your RFE, did INS ask for I-797? I got mine but I only have I-797A aprovals for my H1. And for one H1 extension, I only have the bottom receipt. Please let me know how you dealt with yours. Thanks a lot.
