We got an RFE for my wife asking her to do Tubercular skin test. We can not do that now becuase she is pregnant. INS surgeon suggested that he will give a form saying that she can not take the test now beacuse of pregnency. I asked attorney, who said INS may send her case to local INS office...

When we went there for an early FP gaurd there asked the officer inside and allowed us..may be becuase there were only about 5-10 people. We went on a Thursday and were there before they open door. You also can request them saying that you will be out of town on the appontment day. But I guess...

Finally with BABA's blessings I got approved on 9th July. Recieved an email today saying that my case is approved. Got second FP on 14th June and appointment was on Jul 30th, but i did an early FP on Jun 17th. I thank every one on this forum and specially to all volunteers and Rajiv...

My wife just came back from India with out any problems when going or coming back. She wasn't asked to notify anything when leaving, but she has to go to a second level verification as is done for every AP traveller. May be good if you talk to Attorney ..just incase

#2 may be correct I spoke to my attorney and they said it is #2.

If your receipt date is before the current processing date(which is Jan9th 2002) you or your attorney can ask for a 2nd FP. Atleast this can start initiate the process. Don't be worried, its not just you. I see lot of 02-5X cases also.

My ND is 03/01/2002 WAC 02-128-5XXXX I haven't got my 2nd FP yet. I have got my 3rd AP&EAD in feb'04.

I got my EAD's approved on 03-02-04. Applied on 01-06-04. My APs are also approved on 01-31-04, we have applied for AP sometime in september'03. These are my 3rd set of AP&EAD's :( GraceCard WAC-02-128-5xxxx ND 03-01-02
