    No Title yes, I agree with I485Filler, they are friendly and u can go any time. In a normal day I guess you would spend not more than an hour from the time u enter the office till the time u leave.

    No Title I don\'t think they can revoke ur green card. The INS can. And they can send a notice to INS that they are not offering the job to u anymore. The wise thing to do is play it safe.

    No Title SouthIndian, They will keep the copy. your I-94 and all EAD\'s and AP doc\'s u will get back your passport stamped and valid for one year. Hope this helps.

    No Title I got my BC and my wifes BC from NYC indian consulate. We did not file any non-availability certif. I just got my approval. So I guess, INS accepts (Vermont) BC from Indian Consulate... Hope this helps.

    No Title Thank you chalu_dude. I went to philly ins office today. No problem at all, the lady officer was very nice and polite. It took about 2 hours to get stamped. went there at 7:30am and was called at the counter around 9:45am 5 minutes I was out.
