Hi,

Per AVM (also an IIO) Our 2nd Advance Parole was approved on June 8th --. We have not received it yet. We had applied at VSC. I am not sure if this was lost in the US mail or is lost somewhere in VSC mailroom. Anyways, Now can I go to Newark in person and get the Parole. Or should I apply all over again

You can always get Advance Paraole from your local INS office. Take the receipt notices of your I-485 with you.

I will try to call the IIO...but you know how difficult it is to get to them....I think the tougher thing than getting the I-485 is to talk to an IIO.

Reg going to Newark to get Adv Parole--I will explore that angle...but I did not want to start over again --esp since mine has been approved...

Guys, Here is the update....

I called VSC-IIO --> said they sent it on June 8th,
She asked to confirm with Attorney.
Attorney\'s office acknowledged that they reced photocopy around 20th of June

Guess What!!?? VSC had omitted the "Apt Number" in the mail....
Our Post office could not have delivered it without the APt Number??

I really do not know, how to proceed....I have to call the IIO again and inform them to send it to correct address....
man...life really sucks...
