Thanks dudnaito Dudnaito , figured it out , thanks alot ! , I am assuming infopass is more beneficial then the customer service call , now knowing our luck does it depend who we get to speak to during the infopass and if they are having a good day to research and get an upto date information...

Can you ask to speak to an IO on the customer Service Line ? ,from what I understood they dont have any more information then the automated phone / web case status online ? What do we need to tell the customer service to get to talk to an IO who can actually look up my case .
