If you ask for only case status they said " Call 1-800 number and select option 2". She also said they help for the people who don't understand their case status. For ex: If you don't understand RFE. They will explain . What did you guys asked the rep?

Hey Buddy, Take sub way green line and get down at North station portland street is near North station and another thing the timings make no sense for FP. You can go anytime, there won't be many people.

I think that is for address change.

I gave my FP on 10/30 and my LUD changed on 11/04 to FP received and resumed. BUt, no change after that. I called FBI, they said they got my FP on 10/30 and send to INS on the same day. I gave mine in Boston "digital FP".

JUst go on any saturday to the INS ASC office. They will allow you to give FP.I went in Boston.
