Anyone got LUD on 12/10/2004 and what happen?

Called USCIS on 01/07/2005

Called USCIS today. Talked to officer and he told that the application was moved to storage :eek: and who ever wroked on it thought that the process was done. The office put a request to get it back to production so that they can start woking on my case :rolleyes: . It will take about 6-8 weeks if everything is fine. And asked me to call USCIS back after 4wks. The officer was very nice and helpful. :)

My LUD is also changed on 12/10 but got RFE today.
The rfe says:

On January 10, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

Guys, hang in there, your approval is around corner. I just received 4 emails for wife and I, notifying that our 485 are approved. 12/10 LUD cases start getting approved.

EB2 sub labor 11/09/01

I485 RD 11/13/03
LUD 11/16/04 FP received
LUD 12/09 12/10 no msg change
LUD 01/10/05 approval

I did call USCIS on 01/05/2005 to find out about my EAD approval notice. My 2 EAD was approved on 12/13 and I did not received approval notice. I received on 12/19 my EAD cards. So I called to findout about my EAD Approval Notice, the lady at National customer service answered and told me that, since I received my EAD card, I dont need EAD approval notice. Just dont worry about it. At the same time I asked about my I-485. she told me that my case is allocated to adjucator, she is not sure, when they will make decision on my case. I cannot initiate status enquiry since my ND is > Processing state(june 19th) and I need to wait till Processing date passes my ND date.
I asked that FP Received on-line message never changed even though I did FP on 10/14/2004. then she told me that it is not necessary to change on-line message, if they dont receive it or FP results are not good, they could inform me by this time, if you dont receive any thing from USCIS means, yours FP is good. I said that I had RFE and USCIS received on Nov 10th. then she told me that after RFE response received, generally it will take 30 to 60 days to process. and she told me wait another week and call, if you dont receive any decision from USCIS.

I am thinking to give a call sometime this week, and start with my EAD approval. then I am thinking to findout about my I-485 name check. I want to reach Vermont Customer Service. but Always getting National Customer Service respresentative. :(

not a bad idea..i am also stuck...( 14 july ) ..can not open a inquery :eek:

Thanks for the phone #, isn't it the same one that appears at the end of the status message.
I called that number but i get the automated message that is the same as the message on the USCIS tracking website. No choice is available to talk to an operator.
