FP on 11/04 at Hartford

is there anyone who has done FP on 11/04 and got his LUD recently to FP results received and processing resumed ?

It used to be in recent months that FP results appear in about 1 week from FPting, it's already over a week for me and no LUD on my cases... :(
 
I gave FP2 in hartford on 11/3....no LUD/mesg change for me after FP2......called FBI today and they said they got it on 11/10 and cleared that same day.....Do not worry....if you want to make sure that yours is alright call FBI at 304-625-5590 and press option 3. The representative will ask for your A # and tell you the status.

Same here!!! My wife did her finger printing on 11/04 at Hartford. Still no updates......

Mine did not changed. Worrying a bit.

Today afternoon, I called FBI to check the FP status of my wife. The representative asked for the A# and said the FP was recd. on 11/04 and the result has been sent to USCIS on the same day.

But, I'm wondering why the status in USCIS website hasn't changed.
 
Just called the FBI. They told me that my FPs are not in the system yet... :(

My wife's FPs are cleared on the same day 11/04 and results are being sent back to the INS. :cool:

Hmmm.... what the hack ? It concerns me even more... I already posted that during FPing their system gave few warnings on my fingers... I wonder if they sent them to the FBI or still holding them at the Hartford center... :confused:

FP done @ Hartford on 11/04

My wife and I had done our FP-2 at Hartford on 11/4/04. There has been no change to our I-485 status since May 5th 2003 (1st FP results received process resumed). I called FBI today and was told that both our results were sent back to immigration the same day. So we Wait...

Updates.... no updates yet... :(

Just called the FBI again this morning. Got same answer - we can't find your FP by using your A#. I asked them how come my wife's FP are processed and mine are not, and we gave the FPs on the same date ? Then she did a search by Last Name and YES, it's there! My FPs are cleared the same day 11/04. Now, the problem is they are not attached to my A#!!! :eek: :confused: :mad: What the hack ?! :confused:

Is there anyone who had the same issue and got the approval shortly after FPs or waited for the second FP notice ?

I gave my FP on 10/30 and my LUD changed on 11/04 to FP received and resumed. BUt, no change after that. I called FBI, they said they got my FP on 10/30 and send to INS on the same day. I gave mine in Boston "digital FP".

There has been no changes (LUD's) in my case since May 2003. Does anybody from Hartford (Nov 4th Finger printed) have any LUD's .

Hi guys,

an update on my FPs with the Hartford's ASC. Those dudes misspelled my A# and the FBI has a wrong A# attached to my FPs. :eek:

Now I have to fix it somehow, I already sent an email to my attorney about it, will wait for his response.

Is there anyone with similar experience and how it was resolved ? do I need to go and redo the FPs again, shell I request that from BCIS ?

An update... today 12/02/04 they approved my H1 extention that was filed on 09/26/04, so it took around 2 months. :cool:

Also, I've contacted my attorney and described him a situation with my FP results and wrong A#. He said we are going to submit a request to fix it.

In the mean time I am going to send a letter to VSC myself asking about a status of my FP result and telling them about what appears to be a wrong A# with the FBI, I will attach a copy of a FP receipt I got from Hartford's ASC.

That's it for now. Let's hope for the best.
