FP on 11/04 at Hartford

saw at least 4 new approvals today (in 52XXX-54000 range) in addition to those posted above.

Approved: 22 23.40%

P.S.

out of those 18 in received status 3 cases mine... when they will approve 'em?

Hi,

I also gave my finger prints along with my wife on 11/04 at Hartford. My wifes message is update that Fp results are received but my status is not yet. Called FBI and they said that they sent the results on the same day. Don know whats heppening..pls update is any one is in the same situation

My wife's case was updated on 11/16 that FP results were received and then again I saw LUD changing on 12/21 but no message change for both of us.
Soes any one know who has done finger prints on 11/04 and got I 485 approved??
 
yeh, looks like our cases will be approved together... :) So, you and my family probably among those lucky 12 cases out of 120 (see my scans above) that still remain in "App received status..."...

same pattern... don't worry... next 2 weeks should do the trick, just 12 cases left, they should touch them pretty soon.... I hope... :)

well, 100 days since FP date... no updates... no status changes... nothing... :(

I think I should start preparing for filing of my EAD & AP renewals... will do them one by one... with 1 month in between... maybe if they look at my case at least once a month :)

What is the 12 cases you are talking about..how did you calculate that?? But your words instill confidence in me man....I called VSC today to find out what is going on with my case and the representative was very friendly..she told me that my I 485 in in order and nothing pending..so based on this lets see what happens...

yeh, that's what they tell me for last 3 mo "everything looks goooodddddd... just wait for your turn... give us 30 days.... blah... blah..." 100 days already :)

I was referring to this statistics I was collecting myself... with that speed they may touch our applications within next 1-2 weeks.

well, just got a notice for March 8, 2005 to redo the fingerprinting for me... so, as I expected wrong A# in my first FP in Nov. did nothing good... :mad:

that was crazy, I called VSC since december 3 times... and it took them 4 mo to figure out that there is something wrong with my FPs... :(

so, my app is delayed at least till I do the FPs again... will try to get that done early.

this week 5 more approvals for the range above... complete update will be posted later.
 
Ohhh boy,

This is crazy..did you call the USCIS ever before after giving your finger prints?? Is fo what did they say..did they say everything was fine or what?? Man this process is killing us..

yes I called them 3-4 times since I figured out that FBI got a wrong A# with my FPs. End of December I got a letter from VSC saying that they found my FP results and it was attached to my case and everything was just fine... wait for an approval... and 3.5 mo later I get a redo FP notice... oh well... I am mad, but I thank God my case is moving at least...

Well, I was planning to send my EAD/AP renewals... but I guess it's better to delay it till FPs are done and they receive my results...

I am not sure about early FP at Hartford, if you are able to do it please let us know.

I will try it myself, not sure what would be the best time... it's not easy for me since I work in NYC. Early in the morning they are pretty busy, so I guess the best tiome would be end of day, after 3 PM... if they let you in...

Last time, my FP appointment was for 1 PM, I appeared at 9 AM and asked if they can do it earlier... they allowed me to do it after 10:30... but I had to go talk to their manager who was very nice... but it was on the same day as my original appointment, this time I would like to do it on another day...
