When is the end of teh INS audit? I believe it should have ended already. With people pointing finger to INS for those terrorists, we can only keep our fingers crossed for a not_TOO_slow processing. I am not hoping for a fast approval any more.

Seems like that there is not much good news lately.  

Chen_Ying: Did you try to send a fax inquiry to CSC? Many said it works. My lawyer got the reply 10 days from the time he sent the inquiry. Good luck.

We surely need some more good news. Under current circumstances, it is hard to expect any good news. I don\'t think those INS people can concentrate on their duty as much as before in the next week or two. Let\'s be united and hope for the best.

I am not sure whether you noticed, the mails we get from CSC all (at least for me) have hand written addresses and names. As an engineer, I am just wondering why they can\'t print out the labels by pulling out the info from their database. there would be at least three folds of benefits...

From what I heard, you can usually get FP done together with one notice.  

I feel lucky that I went to San Jose instead of Oakland. You might want to give San Jose a try. Come in the afternoon time. I believe the load is lighter at that time.

My case was better than some of yours. I got the second notice two days after the first one so that I did know what to do. The first one was scheduled early Oct. and the second scheduled late Sept. My wife has not rec\'d her second notice "yet". We went ahead and got the FP done...

If you have an EAD now and start using it AND ... From I have learnt from my lawyer and some other postings, you may just stay happy and hope for the best. Here are my two cents: 1: If you have to wait, then just wait. 2: My lawyer told me to happily use my EAD as long as I am NOT getting...
