Considering that your RD is in the last week of September, you should have your I-485 approved either on the 2nd or 3rd week of October. So hang in there, it's only a couple of months!

Check with your attorney NSC is currently approving July/2001 RDs. If your RD is from May, you should talk to your attorney to find out what is going on.

Hi Ramesh, Don't worry. Your I-485 should be approved in the next couple of weeks. As for the receipt note for the EAD, it took the INS 45 days to send mine. It came at the same time the card itself. So you're fine!! Marc
