after setting enquiry thru senator, got a call from senator's office that my FBI name check has been cleared.and senator office has been ensured that my case will be adjucted soon. does this piece of information from senator's immigration department holds actual value?

Well.....I placed a enquiry online fro senator on friday got phone call from senator's office today that my FBI name check has been cleared.......sentor office is setting up enquiry to ensure quick approval....thats nice to hear if something happens....

Congrats! It was good idea to apply Eb1-OR. It was very good to get it approved. As current bulletin dates indicates Eb1 is moving towards current rapidly. July 2005 is not far away from being current (10 months). I guess when you become current you shd expect approval starting from 20 days...

Its good to have paper in goodimpact factor journal but its not very important criteria if you don't have..i didn't mention impact factor of my papers in my petition as i had only one good and rest were average!!!

luckily not so far just checked aila website http://www.aila.org/content/default.aspx?docid=19006 the I-485 dates are moving slowly it moved from 15 july 2005 to 30 july 2005

realistic guess for INDIA: EB3: 01-APR-01 EB2: 01-AUG-02 EB1: 01-JUL 05 however, i am scared that due to transfers NSC might also revert back on its processing dates!!!1
