I think in EB3 the rest have to wait till India catches up with May date. Once after that sync, the dates will move fast. Another reason for this slow move is the labour substistute wait time. Once the law is completely enforced, we will see a significant movement.

Does USCIS has any notice which says people shd get response after XXXX days of being current!!! or we shd XXXX things if we don't get response in XXX days.....just curious!!

My guess will be based on previous bulletin

email from NSC

Well...after I made a phone enquiry... I recently got an email note from NSC saying that my case is awaiting assignment to an officer. Looking at it I am assuming that I have cleared name check etc...However I also got an FP notice soon after my enquiry..this will be my second Code 1 and I have already completed code 3.

PD: 22 - July 2002
AC21: 485 RD: 01/2004
4 TH EAD in progress.

My prediction employee's at USCIS given long term vacation (they can take LOA)and closed till the next pres: election. So,,, all stages backloged to 01/01/1800. :p :D
 
realistic guess for INDIA:
EB3: 01-APR-01
EB2: 01-AUG-02
EB1: 01-JUL 05

however, i am scared that due to transfers NSC might also revert back on its processing dates!!!1

I sure hope it is 01-APR-01 for EB3 India.
