after setting enquiry thru senator, got a call from senator's office that my FBI name check has been cleared.and senator office has been ensured that my case will be adjucted soon. does this piece of information from senator's immigration department holds actual value?

my case is stuck in namecheck & since my PD date is not current I can't do much. However I had my second FP code1. Will this trigger namecheck or I have to get help from senator in getthing my namecheck done?
Senator's office can help u find out the status of your Name check from FBI. Unless they are too good, they do not help much in this regard.
