    Is it 100 % save if I change to a similar job after file I 485 more than 180 days ?

    Nothing is 100% safe, we know very well !!!!!! But I know lot of cases getting approved after job change and yet to know who was denied.

    pd retrogressed

    PD needs to be current to get approved INS can not approve I485 until the PD become current. If they retrogressed, you have to wait until your date become current. Dumb rule. No logic

    Federal Plaza Stamping..any advice on when to get there?

    go early My passport was stamped on 10/02. I reached around 6:45 and there were 10 people ahead of me. I was out by 8:30 and could go to work. Paid $6:95 for parking next to Federal plaza :-(

    IIO confirmed/cleared confusion on the impact of I-140 approval for CP vs.. AOS
