Whats happening with VSC. Why is it so slow for couple of weeks

I think they are processing I-140 cases.

That jumped from April 2001 to September 2001.

If you analyze immitracker, you can notice something very interesting.
The priority date.
The cases which got approved all has a strong bind with its priority date, mostly dates oct or nov 99/

no logic works for ins

Its futile to think about logic in this process, since there is none. There are numerous cases with priority dates in early 99 and earlier still waiting approval. and there are cases with priority dates in dec 99 already approved. as soon as they start approving feb cases you\'ll see 2000 priority dates too.
