I think the lawyer may be correct here. Since the old visa has expired and there a extension h1 approval notice. There is no need to get the visa stamped and can enter that way. But anyways its a good idea to get the visa stamped. I mite be wrong.

Don't they have to go through all the security checks for EAD. Then how come they are fast when it comes to EADs and can't do the same for 485s???:confused:

Doesn't matter, they have been saying that for a while now. I don't know how more they can tighten any thing.
