my receipt date was Dec 2nd, 2002. So it took them almost 10 months. It's going much faster these days I think.

All, My case with a receipt date of December 2nd, 2002 was apparently transfered to Philly DOL on Sept 15th. FINALLY. Now it's another wait period. Let's hope that they stay at their current wait of 3 months for the next 3 months.

if you send 2 SASEs when filing, they'll return one to you when they receive it, and the other when they send the file to philly. in case you're asking what sase is; self addressed stamped envelope

nope, nothing here. i'm sure people will post here if their cases are transferred to Philly. I have a receipt date of December 2nd at Harrisburg; still waiting.

my receipt date is december 2nd. however, the only way i can know if it has reached philly regional is to call the number and enter the employer phone #. the ssytem keeps on saying it does not match any records. So I have no reason to believe that my case has cleared from harrisburg.

My LC was sent to harrisburg on nov 23rd, but got the receipt date of Dec2nd, it's still not in Philly. Ask your employer to send an email to harrisburg's harvey bear and ask your "receipt date."

Mine was filed on Thanksgiving, but they apparently opened the envelope on 12/02/02, so mine is still IN harrisburg. YET, the good news is, philly regional has jumped to January 03, which surprised me. So there's still hope we may get EAD within 03.
