2004 Labor approved
One of my known person's labor filed December 22, 2004 was approved. He is not working in any non-profit organizations and is a Software Engineer. His is EB2.
May not be great news
I do not think it is any great news as I am feeling that PBEC is picking about 10-20% of cases in each month and approving and then move onto next month. So the balance cases will remain where they are. What do every one of you think??
Too pessimistic
I start every week with Optimism and end the week with Pessimism. I just now spoke to a friend who filed from Chicago in 2004. His Labor was cleared 3 months back and his 140 was also cleared yesterday. we the 2001 and 2002 guys still crying for labor. By the way I sent email to...
Still waiting
Still waiting. Got a screen shot through Attorney. All the fields filled in except the prevailing wage. That means the application is not yet taken up.
May not have been Denied
As this site might be pointing to a old snapshot of the database, DENIED may not be correct. I have been sending for 8th Year extension request for the past one week and I did not get one. Yesterday I asked our Attorney which is VERY big firm, they got back the screen...
Colleagues Labor approved
6 of us have applied labor on the same day. 2 colleagues got labor approved 2 months back. Another colleague got approved yesterday. Still 2 of us are left with out any news. Same company, same attorney and same PD.
I am Pessimistic
I am still pessimistic. If they have to finish in 17 months, all 2001 cases must have been cleared by now and every day we should be seeing tons of 2002 approvals. Last week we had 4 approvals and this week just one approval. Is some body playing with already victimised VICTIMS?
First time after September ...
Congrats and good luck on your next steps.
After September, I think today is the first day where we see three labor approvals in a single day. Hope this trend continues..
Congrats
Congrats. After a long time, we are seeing TWO cases. But both are from VA/MD area. Why no other states are being picked up? Two cases per week will take more than 50 years to finish.
45 days letter received
Just now our HR informed that my 45 days letter was received by them. Just to let you all know, one of my colleagues that applied on same day got his 45 days letter 4 months back. Some more colleagues that applied on the same day have not yet received 45 day letter. MY...

May not be right
Hi MDWatch. Thanks a lot for your efforts in contacting them. It is really hard to get those guys over phone and get some answers.
But what she said may not be right. Mine is Oct 15, 2002 case from NJ and it still has "T" number. If you observer the DBEC cases, they have...
