Typically, the attorneys receive the original copy while the benificiary only gets a courtesy copy. I would assume that your attorney must\'ve sent you the original copy. In most of the INS offices both of those documents work. So, you can definitely go.

You can claim having lost your 1st EAD and the local INS will have the ability to extend for (as far as I remember) 120 days. However, I would suggest to check with an attorney. I am positive about the extension but do not exactly remember the duration by which it can be extended...

You can file all by yourself. It is probably safe filing at least 3 months in advance for both the EAD as well as Adv Parole. Lately though, things are a little faster than what it was 6 months ago.
