ND OCT 99 club: Any updates?

My friend\'s 485 is on hold. Here one of my friend\'s case.
EB2, RIR, India, 485 ND Oct 1999.
Status: 485 on hold because his ex.lawyer filed a case ( regarding payments ?? ) against my friend\'s employer and informed INS about it.

Folks, my friend is planing to approach local congress man. Can some pl inform how to approach congress man and how to present his case?

Recently my case has been transferred to Arlington VA.
