INS sent us a copy of 485 approval, but I have not yet received. It was posted on 06/18/01. The reason is I moved to another place and submitted a change of address in the post office. Looks like post office does not forward this kind of documents. Today I received another copy from my attorney.

Can I go for the stamping with the copy sent by my attorney?

Congratulations!!

Typically, the attorneys receive the original copy while the benificiary only gets a courtesy copy. I would assume that your attorney must\'ve sent you the original copy. In most of the INS offices both of those documents work. So, you can definitely go.
