There are many more... There are tons of people with ND 10/99 that are still pending. These people have stopped contributing to this board - may be because they are getting too frustated seeing so many approvals with an ND of a much later date going through.

No Title It is definitely possible with an advance notice. But if you have all the necessary documentation, I would strongly recommending going ahead with it. Because once you ask to reschedule, it usually takes minimum of 6 months to get the next call.
