RD2426, Yes, it is generated on Saturday, 12/14/2004. I have seen number of RFEs and approvals on Saturday before. Might be automated process runs on saturday.

My 2nd EAD is getting expired on 1/18/2004. Please advise whether Denver local office issues same day interim EAD after 90 days of RD.

Oracle_75, What is 'company financial information' ? Is it company income statement? Normally INS does not ask this at 485 stage. First time I heard this.

omGV, Yes, I used my EAD to work with another company. My current salary is less (not sure how much) than labor. I don't know which salary ( mentioned in labor as prev. salary or existing salary or salary after GC) is compared with current salary. Please let me know if anyone knows. Thanks.

ASimpledesi, RFE will go to your attorney. It took 7 days from the date of issue for my case.

Thanks LC Silence and bangaloreboy. I am really worried, my attorney told me that it may create problem with my GC process. Per my attorney, I should have informed INS everytime I changed employer.
