My case has been approved on 14 th Feb, 2004. It took about 2 years 2 months. It is a wonderful site, lot of wonderful, encouraging people here. can u pls let me know how long did it take to get ur I485,AP, EAD receipts from the date they were filed.

Did you reply your RFE in Feb? When did BCIS receive it?

AD should be 2004, right?

RFE issued on 12/2003, RFE replied on 2/9/2004, RFE recieved by BCIS on 2/11/2004 (as per online status), Approved on 2/14/2004.

Arvinnz, that's really fast. It only took three days for them to approve your case. You're so lucky. What's the RFE about?

It could also because they are doing monthly check on RFE cases, yours were issued in Dec 2003, they check your case every month, and got your reply in Feb. So they approved it right away. Do you remembe the exact date of the RFE? My guess it around 12/11/2003.

Actually, your case No. is very very close to mine.

Is 02/14/04 the approval date or did you find out on the 14th?
14th was a Saturday, I don't think VSC works on Saturday. Never saw an AD of Saturday.
