RFE Question

Hi,

I have got I485 RFE on last week of Nov-2003 asking additional information( company financial information & job continuity).
But my lawyer has not given any responce to this RFE till today.
He is keep telling me that he is working on it with my company. I think he is delaying my processing. Probably my boss doesn't want that my GC should come asap so that I can still work with him in low sal.

Anyway my question is normally in how many days we should
give responce to RFE. If it is late after a month does it impact
on GC process ?

You should be okay. You get upto 3months to reply to the RFE.
Check the RFE, there will be a date there. Also, please post your date /case details to share the information with others.

What is 'company financial information' ? Is it company income statement? Normally INS does not ask this at 485 stage. First time I heard this.

That is right. Usually I-485 RFEs are related to person. Ask your lawyer provide more details.
