    2 nd Finger printing

    Again this is what I think If the RFE was issued (that means your case was assigned to an officer) before 15 months, then 2nd FP notice shouldn't trigger. Based on the different post, I have come to believe that. My thinking might be way off mark as to how the process actually works.

    yes I think the senator route should be good option. Atleast you file gets touched. (I think that FP doesn't cause the file to be touched)

    I think if you have the job and not much complications then you probably should be a lucky guy since within 2 weeks of the rfe receipt, the cases are usually approved. But you can get all the ducks (last 6 paystubs, w2, tax returns, employment letter ... ) in a row by the time you get the...

    After this I think, they would get our details when we call and snail-mail us the information after 2-3 weeks. Did anyone call in today? Haven't seen much activity yesterday/today.
