No Title I received my EAD and AP very quickly, within a month from the time I sent out my I-485 documents. I have not been to the local INS yet. I guess the package my lawyer is going to send me will contain instructions as to whether I should bring the receipt or not.

This is a theretical concern that I have. With the job market being not so good, we may get laid off and can not find another job immediately. Does the new rule touch on that situation? How much time do we have to find another job, even if we have I-485 pending for more than 180 days?
