Any 03/01 ND got FP notice?

Anybody who filed 485 in March this year received FP notice? I have not. I am wondering whether it is because my lawyer made a terrible mistake on my 485 (a mistake that he does not admit to). Please post your status,if you, or somebody you know, have a ND in March this year. Also, please speak from your experience about the timing to receive FP. Thank you very much!

485 ND is 3/7/2001. Have not received the FP notice yet. There are others who have posting in the similar nature. Also check immitracker.com. Somewhere I read that because INS is busy fixing AVM problems they are not issueing FP notices for March receipt dates. Immitracker shows Feb 28, 2001 having 6/30/01 as the FP date.
We are first in the line when INS start issuing FP notices, hope they start soon.
