Reschedule FP

Recently, I spoke to an INS officer and she told me that since they did not find my FP details in their system, they would send me a letter to re schedule my FP! I don\'t know when I would receive this letter. My husband and I did our FP the same day& time and his is fine( they have it in their system). Has this happened to anyone here on this board? Is there anything I can do to at least reducing the delay in doing the FP again??

PD: Set 25, 1998
I-485 RD: Feb, 2000
FP Done: March, 2001

A friend of mine has to redo her FP too because hers did not come out clear enough.

     Did your friend get a notice again from INS assking her to redo the FP?
