Perm Are you working for both the companies on concurrent H1 ? In that case you can withdraw any one. However you have to withdraw the one from the Company through which you are applying PERM. Your attorney should do the paper work.

Lucky late comers !! Yes they can go ahead with I-140. But they can file 485 only when the Visa dates are current for their PD. Only EB2 guys will be lucky for a some more time.

Remanded to State Case As per my attorney supervised recruiting and additional advertisement will be required after the DOL or BPC asks us to do that. But no one knows when that will happen.
