Hi, If a case is transferred to local office, then would you have to go to that local office to get your EAD renewed? In my case, the first EAD I got through mail, but then it was transferred to Milwaukee and then to Omaha, NE. So, everytime I have to renew my EAD, I have to go to omaha...

Yes, it is Yes it is...Its been a long time. No, finger prints are valid for 15 months or so I know. So, if I gave in July 2003, it should expire in Dec 2004. Even if they did the INS need to send me a notice to get my fp taken again. I am not to be blamed for their negligence. @#$@$...
