are u sure u used the correct code when filing for EAD, it should be c-9

I second on not getting excited. At one point I received a notice from INS to go to local office to get form I-89 done and get the green card. I went there only to hear that this must be a mistake, go home and wait another couple of years. I'm giving them the last chance, I will sue 2 weeks...

I received the same thing for March 9, I did my second FP in Fep 2005, I am wondering if they are just catching up because of system change, or because something is triggering the notice. FP from Feb 2005 has not expired yet

you should file EAD to same place you file I-485 for. I'd still go and do the biometrics, it is different than I-485 FP. I dont know about withdrawing the application or filing new one. who knows, may be Chicago will just transfer it to Texas (if thats where u applied for I-485)

This is not likely an RFE, most probably FP. If you wana have a little fun, calls the 800 #, they will tell you it means approved. but dont get too excited
