EAD and working on 1099.....

My lawyer is advising me not to go on 1099 at all. Not even for part time.

My PD is 2/2003 and it will be a while before my case will be picked up.

Now I am confused....??? This 1099 offer is really good and now I am feeling frustrated that I can't take it because of some unclear law.

Has anybody tried this?

This is interesting, did you ask your specifcally about question 8?. coupled with question 7, I understand that you can start your own company to deliver services similar to your own job. Question 7 specifically does not require any financial figures about your company.

Please let us know what you guys think / experienced?
