Anybody interested for Name check with PD 2001 ?

Now everybody know that FBI is not entertaining phone or email for giving information on Name check status.

Since PD is Jan 2001,

I would like all 2001 485 pending should hire good lawyer rajeev or somebody (if rajeev is not available)
pay 500 $ each and let rajeev/lawyer take control of asking FBI about our name check status. He may ask about name check pending reason and expected turn around time.

Only 2001 guys should at this time. once PD becomes 2002 then 2002 batch can follow same.

Any suggestion??

What are the legal options here? my attorney told me that I can either wait or sue the INS, not FBI.
